Courses & Workshops

Taught by Laura Howard, the courses and workshops are an opportunity to really experience mindfulness in a supportive group setting.

They take place at various locations throughout Cornwall, as well as online, and draw together members of the community from all walks of life who are interested in reducing stress levels, anxiety, chronic pain and low mood.  They also appeal to many members of the public who simply feel a desire to invest in themselves and to learn how to bring more mindful attention into their lives. The courses are based on years of research, pulling together evidence from the fields of psychology and neuroscience, combining it with the ancient practice of mindfulness.
